Look at their Google Reviews, there are many experiences like mine. I wish i saw the reviews first. I wanted to like them, i was looking for a glued down waterproof floor for my business. They were nice to start with, quoted $8k but got some things in the quote wrong and corrected it quickly. They got the old floor up and then out sourced the job to someone who was nice but did a pretty bad job, had to call multiple times to get glue off the trim, cut vents that were forgotten and found beer bottles in the yard AFTER declared finished which was weeks after i was told it would be done. I could not get ahold of Pat most of the time to get questions answered and there was a lot of miscommunication between him and the worker.

And then the floor started coming up, all over. So i marked them and they glued them down again. I waited a few weeks and it seemed ok, they wanted...
