The speaker was interesting and easy to listen to. He doesn't use a bunch of technical jargon that people wouldn't be familiar with. I learned a lot about what it will or may mean to me when I retire and only have social security as income. It's a lot more complicated than I had any idea about.

Very professional and good information

I learned a few things about the Social Security system and what the people at the SS office can and cannot tell you when you're asking questions about the benefits you're eligible for. The case studies given were interesting and enlightening.
