We contracted to have several areas of our home cleaned: the exterior brick, the fence, and a 2 level deck. Our technicians Jarret and Sampson were excellent. They were courteous, explained the job in detail and worked very hard to make the house look better than it did before they came. For the areas that were addressed, we are pleased with the results.

Unfortunately, the initial sales representative who came earlier to view the property made material misrepresentations of what his company could and would do. This didn’t align with our expectations or our decision to chose WiseGuys.

1. The sales rep claimed that the service techs could remove the existing, faded water-based stain from our deck. This alone was a deciding factor in choosing Wise Guys over competitors. However, on arrival the service technician explained that removing the stain was not possible...
