WiseGuys Pro-Wash

I give this one star because 0 was not an available option. The wash of my home actually turned out well and I was happy with that service. Unfortunately, the team caused damage to my deck paint which has forced me to repaint portions of my deck.

When I brought this to the attention of the sales and customer service reps, they immediately denied any wrongdoing and were immediately defensive, rude and failed to take accountability for their actions. Cleaning my deck was not even part of the service I paid for, and apparently because of this, it was impossible for them to have done any damage. Despite sending multiple pictures of damage, and acknowledging prior wear and tear, they still refused to meet me half way and continued to be rude and provide poor customer service.

This was a really unfortunate situation where I was only looking to repair the damage...
