Reggie and Max promptly arrived to my house. They were extremely professional and hardworking. They power washed multiple areas of my home and yard, despite temperatures in the high 90s, with ease and proficiency. I am truly impressed with the overall results of their work. My home looked gray before but now it’s immaculate!

I called to inquire about some pressure washing for my business. Without asking any square footage, the representative on the phone said they have a $300 minimum and the job would be too small for them.

Meanwhile I own all of the businesses within the address that I gave him and that is what I wanted to get cleaned. Horrible. I am grateful that the first contact person was less than desirable because I certainly would not want to give them my business.

Communication skills are highly overrated. Customer Service is the first step to establishing a client. In their case the Etiquette is nowhere to be found.
