WiseGuys Pro-Wash

Had the best experience with WiseGuys today! My house looks amazing and can’t thank the team enough for their hard work-Darius, Ethan, and Chris! They were early, thorough, and very professional. Will be a returning customer for sure!

Regrettably, I feel obliged to leave a poor review as a caution to homeowners who are considering using WiseGuys for window washing, and brick walkways. The exterior siding and driveway were completed in a professional manner.

The cleaning solution used on the windows burned all of our landscaping in proximity to our home. As of this date, some plants have died, and we don’t know if the other plants will recover.

The grout between the bricks on our front walkway almost completely vanished. The present appearance is unsightly. As of this date, we are waiting on a repair estimate.

Finally, most of the exterior window sills were left filthy.

All of our frustration and disappointment could have been avoided, and this cautionary letter would not be necessary had the initial salesperson disclosed to us that the cleaning solution could...

Hired these guys to soft wash the roof, powerwash the house and screened in porch. The whole process was easy to schedule an estimate, accept the estimate and schedule the cleaning. Very professional team and excellent communication skills. Great cleaning job and would definitely use this company again!

I was able to get on their schedule so quick. It was worth every penny. Don’t hesitate, book it. Best experience. Will be using them again no doubt!!!

Price was fair, they accommodated my schedule (big thanks, Tyler) but the real reason for 10 stars is the attention to detail Kevin took in making sure we were satisfied with his overall service. Our home looks like it was just painted and our hardscapes look brand new. Will definitely use them again!

Nicco and his assistant, sorry can’t remember his name, were great. They were professional and took care with plantings around the house and care with slate roof. I’m sorry he had to come back ,as I had a roofer coming who could have confirmed that the two areas were cleaned. I appreciate him making sure I was satisfied. He had cleaned everything correctly, but needed confirmation for insurance. Nicco was terrific and has a great personality and attitude dealing with clients. Thanks so much.

WOW! Darius did an amazing job today! My driveway, walkway to my house and front porch look amazing! When my wife got home she said the driveway and walkway look new. The porch is so clean now. Very professional and attentive work by Darius and I’m glad I reached out to Wise Guys! I’ll definitely contact them for more work. I highly recommend!
