Just wanted to drop a quick comment about how great the education is that Corey and Tony provide in these events. I, also like many others in this group, always have had an interest in real estate but really didn’t think it was a feasible plan due to the common misconception that you need 20% down for each property. While that may be theoretically true, this event really opens your eyes in creative ways to get into deals with little to no money out of pocket.

We started out investing journey with house hacking a duplex. Which we started with 5% down but quickly realized it can be a slow process with needing 1yr residency and get hit with PMI charges. While it was an absolutely great way to get your feet wet, we soon learned that process isn’t as quick as we hoped it’d be. We knew there had to be faster ways to build a portfolio.
