I just closed on my first property with WDP and I'm so excited to start my real estate investing journey. Jackie and Max were able to guide me along with all the things I needed to get started, including referring me to lenders, an attorney, a tax accountant, insurance companies, subcontractors, and also connected me to other investors through their Facebook group and in-person networking group. The property I purchased will be a quick flip and I'm expecting to make about $35k after all expenses! The team over there was so involved in the process which was really comforting as a newbie.
