Fast forward 6 months after our renovation and we have a cashflowing asset that also has netted us an approximate $100k in networth equity. Looking forward to future deals with this group!

This was the first property I’ve purchased through Wisconsin Discount Properties. I ran into some small personal issue along the way but nothing that was WDP problem. There communication throughout the entire process was very professional and was on top of everything. The property I bought should be a quick fix and come out a head with a nice profit to move onto the next property! The staff was very helpful along the way and with any questions they would have the answer for you and not give u a run around. It was the easiest closing process I’ve ever had with all the properties I have bought in the past! Beside the personal issue I ran into that wasn’t WDP issue. I would highly recommend working with corey and his team especially if ur new to buying off market properties!
