Wirks Moving & Storage

The Wirks crew who came this morning to move us was absolutely fabulous. We called them “the dream team!” All of the guys were so kind and hard working! Bryan , the team leader was a great leader of the crew. They never stopped except to have lunch that we provided for them. They were all so appreciative. It was a big job with lots to move and they did a fabulous job! As a realtor for 19 years, I am always asked who I recommend! Well, now from personal experience , I can say Wirks!!! Thank you for a job well done! We could not be more pleased!!!

Edit 5/29/24. Unfortunately a month after the move we have found issues with some of our furniture.
1. We had a La-Z-Boy recliner that was taken apart to move (back separates from the base), now trying to move it again and one of the locks won't release. Seems like it is jammed from when it was put together last by the movers.

2. The king size bed that was taken apart to move and put back together also has issues. The support Post in the middle somehow lost a footing. We only noticed because my husband was getting ready to put a rug under the bed and noticed there was no foot on the middle post and the screw that held it on was digging into our wood floors every time we got in bed.
They also didn't match the slats when putting it together, so there was uneven weight distribution.

Moving is so hard but Wirks made it so much better. The customer service and sales agents were so very nice and helpful. They have a very cool virtual walkthrough feature to give you the best estimate. The communication was so on point from the time I booked until the move was completed. The pricing was fair, the crew was so nice (one person even helped my mom open her car hood). The crew was super careful and very fun to work with. It was an all day, wonderful experience and they really took care of me. I will use again when I move again.

We met with Jim Bennett for an initial quote and were very impressed with Wirks Moving. We were comfortable with the entire process. Brian and crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were efficient and professional. Every piece of furniture was blanketed , wrapped and taped. All pieces arrived and placed with no damage. We will recommend Wirks to all our friends without reservation.

Had a great move with Wirks Moving and storage. Marcel and Sam took great care with our furniture, were very professional, hard working, and courteous.
