Let me say from the beginning Wirks hit the ground running. They showed up on time if you can believe it. I say that because my experience with moving companies has not been very good. They walked in, introduced themselves and asked what was being moved and what was staying. After we did the initial walk thru, the crew started grabbing boxes and walking out. I asked, are you starting now? One of the younger crew members stated "we cannot walk out of the house without something in our hands". I got out of their way and way and let them do their thing.

Later that day my daughter realized that her suitcase went to storage and she needed it. I called Wirks and it was no problem to pick it up at storage. And not fee for doing so.
