Overall: I had a great time moving with Austin, Darren, and Julian. Julian made sure we did a walkthrough of both places and was extremely knowledgeable about protecting my items and packing the truck. They were all super careful with my items and I only had to explain once what was going in my storage unit. It was nice not to have to repeat myself and have movers who actually listen. They were also all very kind and funny. It was a really smooth move due to them!

Booking the move: I called and spoke with Douglas to get my move booked. He was very knowledgeable about the size and weight of my items. He was also really really friendly! I loved that I got to work with Doug and he had no judgement when I needed to change small details about my move.
