The receptionist who took my call both times was extremely short, egregious, and arrogant. She was pushy and was more interested in receiving my $250.00 consultation fee than working with me to find a consultant time that would fit in my work schedule. I am disappointed that I didn’t get the chance to have one of their Austin lawyers look over the data of my case. More clients will be lost due to her poor customer service skills.

Jairo was very helpful and very clear in his handling of my case. Every question I had he answered clearly and definitely had my best interest in mind. He dealt with with the opposition fiercely and did not back down until he got me the best settlement possible. If you need representation please do yourself a favor and allow him to represent you. Extremely professional. Jairo will not disappoint!!!

Their receptionist is extremely rude. She said they didn’t do in person visits so she would have to schedule me for a Zoom meeting, I told her I don’t have the best service for Zoom meetings she told me to drive somewhere to do the meeting. After insisting I wanted an in person visit, miraculously they could do in person visits.
Then she informed me it would be $250 for a consult, I politely said I will have to get back with you cause other attorneys are doing free consults to see if they can even take my case. While trying to get my words out she was saying “yeah, okay… yep, sounds good” the whole time.

Wouldn’t recommend them!
