The investment in our fan is one of the best things we have done for home in recent years. It has reduced our air conditioning needs by over 50%. We run the fan at night during the hot summer months. Don't get me wrong, I love the product! It is completely worth it and we use it frequently. I was not impressed with the company. They were hard to get ahold of at first. Finally got a salesman to come out and give a presentation that was unnecessary. It could have very easily been replaced with a few pictures and a video call. We filled out a form for "same as cash" payments and sent the salesman on his way. When it came time to install the product, the company gave the wrong address and phone number to the gentleman who installed it for us. Spent over an hour trying to right that one. Installation was pretty smooth once the guy found our house. When it came time for payment, they asked for the full payment rather than their 6 month payment plan.
