Your kidding me right? I cant believe your sending me a survey. I tried calling to make a appointment numerous times, all I got was the answering machine, never received a return call, went on line, tried to schedule a appointment there 3 times, finally left a nasty voice mail, which did respond with a call, but I missed the phone by one ring, called right back, only to get the answering machine. Had my PCP call and low and behold I got a phone call scheduling a consult. a asked to send me a email confirmation as I was out of town. I knew my appointment date and time, but not the location, called several times the day of my appointment, only got the answering machine saying they'd would get back to me in 24 hours, missed my appointment. I'll find another DR. with some competent staff or I'll walk on stubs, but I wont make another appointment here.
