White Stone Developments has gone above and beyond in assisting me to make a fabulous SW Florida home build a reality for me. It is hard to find such a dedicated, superb and professional team to entrust with my dream home.

Been waiting for two homes to be built with them since early 2021. I understand that things were delayed due to pandemic. But, I've already paid 90% of the contract costs and they still won't give me an explanation as to why things are delayed or when either house will be complete. To simply say they are 'unresponsive' would be too generous. My updates on one of the homes just consistently says 'still trying to get information on property status'. If they don't know the build status, who does? I don't know what kind of legal recourse I have but it seems that will need to be the next step.

These people bought the house I was renting for 3 years and tried to collect my rent while knowing they were about to kick me out. They are remodeling it to be an air b and b which I only know because the workers told me. My neighbor (it's a 4plex) paid his rent and a couple days later we got letters to terminate tenancy. The few days before this happened I was speaking to a woman at Whitestone named Debra and she said the owner didn't want to speak to us so she was their mouth piece. I asked her questions about if there would be a new lease and she kept saying she didn't know but needed to collect the rent. She knew the whole time and could have told me giving me a little time to find something else. Since the hurricane there aren't many places available or ones that are affordable so I am left homeless trying to figure out what to do and her responses to me became don't contact us...
