I would rate the service as a 10 hands down! Brad was so fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, and knew all of the great features of each of the vehicles I tested. All of the staff I spoke to while at the dealership were so friendly and all showed a lot of enthusiasm in their work and were excited to be part of my big purchase. I visited 3 other dealerships before making my decision, and none of them held a card to Wheels and Deals. The salespeople were pushy and knew nothing about their vehicles. They were all in it for the ‘sale’. I did not feel that way with Brad – He truly took the time to identify my needs (and wants) and helped me to make an informed decision. I didn’t feel any pressure from him at all to buy for the sake of buying. This is the 3rd vehicle in 4 years that I have purchased with Wheels and Deals. So many...

Will took the time to explain which SUV was best fit for my needs and he went above and beyond the make the deal right for me. My husband bought his truck there 3 years ago and we loved the service so much that we said we would come back when time to purchase another vehicle.

I would rate it a 10 since I don’t think I can say an 11. Staff answered every question I had even the somewhat stupid ones. I did not feel like I was pressured to do anything. Went to look at another car a year ago at another used car dealership and left feeling like I needed a shower I had been sleezed so bad. Left your place with a smile on my face. I would like to say thank you to the staff buying my first used can could of been a huge headache but you guys made is stress free.

I would rate my experience as a 10. I've been to a few different car dealerships looking around and it was my first time to your facility. I had heard the radio advertisements and remembered the booth you had set up at the CFB Gagetown's family days. When I arrived I started to look at different vehicles, Tony came out and greeted me in the lot and showed me around and give me a little bit of the wheels and deals history. I was very please the work Tony and others put in to get me in this Jetta and to get an affordable payment. I would highly recommend people coming to you guys when seeking a new vehicle, because of the friendly atmosphere and the helpful reps.
