Much more enjoyable dealing with this dealership over Hyundai and Honda and were more than reasonable on my trade in offer.

We can honestly say that we had heard good things about the business, but until we recently went and experienced the amazing customer service and everything the staff did for us...we have to say that Jim Gilberts truly delivers and everything they say. I dealt with Jim Gilberts a few years back and they were amazing. I am currently in the market for a new vehicle as I will be passing this one on to my son as he ventures in to the world of being a licensed driver. I am hoping to find someone as awesome here in Ontario as I did when I found Justin Roy at Wheels and Deals. Amazing! A wonderful experience. Went in at 830 am and drove away at 130 with a 2015 chev cruise. First car ever bought not off kijiji and I couldn't be happier! I don't normally leave reviews, but the amazing experience that I lived yesterday at Jim Gilberts Wheels and Deals was outstanding. The salesman Nick Van Beek made me feel like a guest rather than a customer. The whole team was extremely friendly, the waiting area was more than comfortable, and the hospitality from beginning to end was beyond expectation. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

PS: I told them the car I wanted at opening (830am - 2015 hyundai accent) and I drove away with the vehicle the same day at 4 PM.
