John and his whole team was great to deal with. I was in and out of the dealer looking at bikes to get a feel for them. I never once felt pressure to do anything. John and his team answered everyone of my questions and made my whole purchasing experience a piece of cake. If I had to do this process again, Jim Gilbert's would be my first stop.
