Terrible experience. Workers hit a gas line, smelled gas, kept digging, and refused to take ownership of the mistake. We had 3 plumbing estimates, the city inspector, and the gas company indicate the landscapers were responsible for disturbing the gas line, but they refused to rectify the issue. The owner even convinced me to book an AirBnB to stay in since we had no gas, stating that they would reimburse me for it, but as soon as I booked it they said they were not going to pay for anything. It was an absolute disaster we are looking into filing a civil suit to address.
Regarding the actual work they did: of the pavers they laid, several are wobbly, not level, etc. They got upset with me when I called them out that they did not lay them correctly and had to fix them; however, they never properly addressed the issue.
