Very upset with the service provider. I have had braces two times before and wore my retainer as told. It only took a few hours of having my retainer out for my teeth to start shifting . I found out that I could get a new retainer for $250 , but it was not going to be the same as last time. The assistant told me that I would like this one more and it would work better . If that is the case then maybe you guys should’ve gave me a working retainer in the first place instead of taking our money for another one. On top of all this I was informed that it would cost an additional $1000 to fix the teeth that have move. $1000 to fix a mistake that was entirely their fault and only happened because their products failed to keep my teeth straight. They want a total of $1250 because they could not do their job right. Total scam would not recommend!

Mekhi. While I can understand your frustration at the situation, I also feel compelled to explain to you that we are here to help you. You have been out of treatment for over 4 years now. Retainers do their best to hold the teeth in place. I wish that they were perfect in every way - but alas...
