I am 2 months post stem cell injection in left knee:
No miracle, yet significant progress... no constant pain, at all... can go up stairs, down stairs better, if stairs not to high, almost normal....can plant and turn no discomfort, which would have made me cringe, wince prior.... most discomfort now is around patella... secondary to exercises I haven’t done in years, am riding exercise bike 50 minutes day....as often takes 6-8 months to experience full benefits, am extremely grateful.... cautiously excited.....
