It started out awesome but now it seems that I have fallen through the cracks. I have called, texted, and emailed my case manager multiple times. I have heard nothing from her. My emails are returned. She said she would be doing my monthly analysis on April 17. I have not heard from her or any RV staff. It is now May 9.
