Right now I'm feeling very frustrated two of the videos that I have watched are outdated the app is not sell quicken it is Royal vibe so I had to find that and the video to show how to set up the equipment is poor at best he continues to speak of brass on brass and there is not a brass connector and the little plug that goes into the transmitter does not stay in the transmitter I have called and requested a call back twice and have received nothing yes I admit that I am being impatient but I don't have a lot of time so I need to be called back tonight I expected to have access to somebody that would talk to me I didn't know I was going to be going through a third party so right now I am not very happy

Communication has been minimal since changing corporate structure.

The personal care that existed with Royal Vibe no longer exists. Chantal with Royal Vibe was excellent - not sure if she is still with the company or has been reassigned.
Also the new program does not tell what it is treating - ie what specific issue it is addressing.
As treatment continues the diet and supplements should be modified /altered to better address the disease process. I have not had any recommendations to change/alter diet or supplements.

I need help once again with doing the monthly assessment in order to get my updated personalized program.

The last thing a reallly sick person wants to think about is money or paying debt. Yet they willingly get themselves into debt thinking the device will cure them as seen from the testimonials.
It's so sad when that does not happen and one is left with a disease that is advancing, plus having to pay debt off!

I was told not to give these people any money based on the reviews on Google and the BBB web sites. I’ve had nothing but problems and delays from the beginners first it was a missing analyzer missing in the package. I didn’t started an “treatment” until 3 weeks after the first payment, in December due to poor quality in the cable it broke another 3 weeks NO TREATMENT, and now the transmitter don’t work and they want me to pay for shipping the equipment back and wait another 3 weeks and take advantage of another payment. I tile them I want a refund ASAP I should of listened to the BBB and Google reviews. These people take advantage of very sick people with cancer enough is enough they need to be shut dow now!!!!!

Please do not get this item, it is a total scam. I paid the over $6,000 for a machine that was never usable. Once I finished paying this much money now they say that this item is $19,000 total!! My family died, I’ve paid $6,000 and now they say that is not enough, beware!

I need a little more step by step process of doing the water module. I am not sure I got it right. Still a lot of things I am unsure about. I had a screen notification after I started the water module that said, “alert! To Keeps the well-being reality connected, you’re OK will click will enter into the dark mode. Please do not put screen off! Screen is not locked. You can exit from and then it says OK. So I did not understand this.
