Not clear enough

The costumer service sucks BIG TIME! I send 3 messages last week and NOBODY called me back so this is the second week I’m waiting to match up my reports

The caring behavior of the client service folks is nice, responding in a timely manner is non existent. Responses within a week occasionally happen and most times the answers are vanilla at best.

I feel i did not have any explanation on equipment contained in the kit. Specifically use and purpose of all pieces. I did manage to power up Royale Vibe.

My biggest problem, is that my tickets don't get responded to or resolved in a timely manner. It takes way too long for call backs. We've been waiting weeks to get a response to our questions.

Too many videos and too much to read! It becomes very overwhelming! I thought I was signing up for more of a personal guide with a doctor not a case worker and videos!!!!!

I find the instructions very confusing. Also, which cables to use for each device—— quite convoluted. Even after the case manager kindly but quickly explained and helped me set up new windows laptop. The videos do not show which cables go with different devices.
