Bianca was such a great help for us setting up our equipment and we appreciate her patience and knowledge.

I LOVE We’ll Being Reality for not only curing my prostate cancer, their health diagnoses far exceeds any I’ve ever seen here in the USA. The ultra sound diagnosis and treatment are the future of medicine.! The industry needs to open their minds and will be using this advanced technology as soon as they get their head out of the sand!!

The program works only the first part of the time, after the scanner don’t work, the green light doesn’t works anymore, if possible fixes or I need to calibrate the scanner, I don’t have idea how I can fixed. Thank you! 🌟

Does not have enough day to day support, and follow up.

I didn’t love Well-Being Reality because their customer service and patient care were lacking. When it came to returning phone calls and being willing to discuss issues, there was no one willing or available to call back and offer help in a timely manner. When it came to canceling the account they were not willing to answer a phone call. I will not be a returning customer.

I am not happy with Well being Reality because I can't get a hold of anyone and the email they're using is always sending me a Failure message when I send the nessage. The address are not valid. Too many different companies involved that a separate entity on its own.

To begin with, the diagnostic program that comes with the machine is sub-par. My daughter had stage 4 metastasised adenocortical carcinoma, and the RV Rep said, “ congratulations! We’re looking at the scene of a healthy young lady. Furthermore, the customer service was atrocious. One aspect of the system that was extremely attractive was the brain vibe. After watching the tutorial it was apparent they’re to Be made custom to the client’s visualisation. We still had 6 months to our contract when I began writing then begging then pleading for help with establishing a custom program. No help
