WeBuyHouses was AWESOME to deal with... they offered an extremely fair and reasonable price. They made closing easy!!!!! We were in a very bad spot with no hope but foreclosure...their fair offer made it so we could avoid foreclosure and still realize some equity. Robert and Gina Shaw are con artists that offer to buy your home for 40% below what the value is. All nice in the beginning till you meet with them and they tell you your home is junk.
