Did for me, I had them do concrete cement on my back yard and I was very satisfied with their job, they are very professional, on time and courteous, fair price for all the labor they do. Extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations, the job was spectacular. This company paved my entire parking lot of my shopping center. I will hire them to upgrade other locations I have. They have amazing attention to detail and will customize to your liking.

We Love Paving did all what they agreed to do to remove old asphalt, build a concrete gutter, and apply new asphalt and top coat. All these were great and they exceeded my expectations.
Where I was dissapointed was with the paking striping with white paint. They just did it and did not do it right nor informed me what day they would do it: 1- did not coodinate with me so I in turn would have tenants move their vehicles, 2- told me the came to finish whenever they would have a time slot to do it, and 3- painted the white sriping in the wrong areas. 4- did not offer to correct. So now my new asphalt has black painted marks to cover the wrong striping and does not look nice.
If you hire them, do so for the asphalt, grading portion of your project. Hire professionals to do the white parking stiping.

They did a very good job. Fred was great. We ran into problems and he came up with creative solutions to handle them.
The follow up was good as well as they repaired an irrigation line that was broken.

Excellent communications and great response to my needs. They did a great job on our parking lot and on the fence and gates they installed for us. Fred is the best! I highly recommend We Love Paving Inc.

We Love Paving provided the upmost professional work for me on a project that I am building in Palo Alto, Ca. I have been in construction for 30 + years and I was impressed by their on time work and quality that they provided.

We had our driveway and back patio removed, and then replaced. Overall the work was done well and (mostly) on time. We're quite happy with the finished product!

The reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is due to communication mishaps. Some are my fault (this is the first time I've managed a project like this) but some should have been handled better by the company. During demolition an extra 6' of sidewalk was removed in the side yard, which left us with an awkward strip of half-broken old sidewalk instead of a clean line. During forming we provided drawings which the folks on site proceeded to frame out. After framing was completed, we were asked to approve a change order which more than doubled the original estimate. We wound up negotiating a reasonable compromise, but the change order should have been sent before the work was started, which would have let us find a...

WE LOVE PAVING did everything they could to satisfy me. Fred and his crew worked tirelessly and di a clean and thorough job. I recommend them to anybody who wants the job done correctly!
