Terrence is a scam artist!
Terrence was dispatched to my house to do some re-keying of outside doors as it was a new purchase. I was quoted on the phone $19 for the service call, and $19 per hole re-keyed. When Terrence arrived he did the work without saying much and showed annoyance at me for having 6 holes that needed to be re-keyed.
After he completed re-keying the holes, he asked how I wanted to pay for it, I said CC and he proceeded to charge me. When I received the bill, it was for $600!! It should have been $19 + 6 * $19 = $133.
I immediately called to inquire about this huge discrepancy, and he stated that it was not his problem and that was his fee...
Total scammer! Stay away!!!

Terrance help me out with a huge last minute favor, took care of everything with a fast smooth process with a great affordable price. Truly shocked on how good the process was. Thank you Terrance!

Services were rendered in the process something else was broken, I had to call another locksmith to basically fix what was broken... Call Eli locksmith they were fast, and efficient.

If I could give them zero stars, trust me I would… very unprofessional no sense of urgency AFTER INCONVENIENCE. Broke my door car left running well over two hours… called to get an update and basically it’s like I never called. I keep telling them to call the number I gave and yeah no… GARBAGE

Terrance was my locksmith agent and he was very prompt and efficient. He showed up within 30mins and programmed and gave me new keys within minutes. Simple delightful that I wasn’t stranded for long after contacting them.
