Courteous professionals answer the phone. However
the tech they sent out would not answer calls or texts at a crucial time, then sent rude texts, was not where he was supposed to be when he said he would be, and took on a job he said he could handle, but clearly could not. Not exactly the definition of stellar customer service, but then, I've found no business is when it come to Jacksonville, Florida. They have replied that I am a competitor, they have no lied egregiously. I have proof and can back up every word I say.
