The owner gave a fair quote and the employees came out promptly. When they were done and asked us if we had any concerns and we had an issue with one window. Instead of having any customer service, the employees argued with us treating us like we didn’t know what a broken sill was. We have owned multiple homes with one being over 150 years old with original windows. Just because you clean windows doesn’t mean you know about windows and they were so rude talking down to us. I texted the owner and his responses were just as rude and disrespectful. The employees did come back out to clean again but did a half ass job and when they were proven wrong they just smirked. I would not recommend them to my friends unless you had no other option. The customer service is a 1 star and the cleaning was a 3.5 star.

The work they did was mediocre. We had an issue with one window and the owner and employees argued and complained with us and in the end we were right.
