Went in Saturday to ask them to pick up our rider for repair. We were told someone would call Monday with a date & time. At 545PM no call yet, I called them. I was told Tuesday between 12-2 they would be here. Made special arrangements for the husband to be home and they no call no show. My opinion is they are too busy and don’t want to take in work. When we went in we had to beg someone to help us. Done! SMH!

Don't even want to give one star,this place only gave me parts when i brought my poulon edger to be repaired.and only told me what it could be but never once said I'll take a look at it and see.so sad and people wonder why you go to the big names like wiengartz.better customer service their by far,trust me drive the distance!!
