I don't want to leave a bad review, because I enjoy dealing with Wayne Lawn & Garden. The day my wife and I were there, they just didn't have enough personnel to handle the walk in traffic and the phone's. The person from parts and service was running himself ragged and he attempted to assist me with the purchase of a new weedwacker, but didn't know anything about them, and no one was available from sales. All and all I got most everything I needed, but was a lot of hurry up wait. I will be back, just hope they have more staff available next time I go back.

Sorry about the inconvenience. Its been a long spring with the weather. We have been trying to give some of our employees a day off if we can. Unfortunately we get some random spurts of people all at one time and its hard to keep up. We look forward to better serving you next time :-)
