That definitely wasn't the case on that visit, you had a new employee that asked for help right away. I didn't leave the store until the 2nd time and after approximately 15 minutes total of no help and being the only person in the store. I tried to just delete this review it wouldn't let me, being a business owner myself I feel for the fact others impact your business and reputation which is why I have revised this and removed the reviews i could.

They sold us a bad chainsaw, kept stopping, wouldn’t fix it, took it to commercial in Livonia, there was a defect, fixed it- no problem...there was a recall, but Wayne wouldn’t help at all, very rude!

Dealing with Wayne Lawn since the 90's. They were always the best people to deal with I found in this Business. I also worked for them for 5 years and unfortunately health issues cut me short. They were also the best people I ever worked for. If you have a issue, they get to the problem. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

My family has been taking our mowers and snowblowers to Wayne Lawn for over 20-years. I love that they are so willing to go above and beyond to help and they tell it how it is. I once brought in a mower for service and rather than taking my money, the guy literally lifted my mower up and cut off a plastic bag that had wrapped itself around the shaft and blade. My problem was fixed and they didn't charge me a dime. Best place to go for lawn & garden equipment.

Wayne lawn is hands down the go to shop for all my equipment needs. From my first purchase and every one after, they have always been there to keep my fleet up and running top notch!
