I have bought 2 Dixie Coppers (always serviced at Wayne Lawn.), referred another friend who bought a new Dixie Chopper and another friend bought a used Dixie of which we also had Wayne Lawn replace the motor with a new motor. Needless to say we have spent a great deal of money including the people I have referred to Wayne Lawn. THAT ENDED TODAY! I do not intend to return and I will make sure to mention to my neighbors too. I needed three hoses replaced. The three hoses were less than 18” at a cost $3.75 total, three clamps cost $6.30 ($0.30 each at Lowe’s), Oil for $5.95 and Miscellaneous supplies for $12.00.........OK, Then labor was $225!!! REALLY? Their explanation was they had to “troubleshoot electrical”. Mind you, I dropped this off at their shop on May 12 and after several calls and their excuses I finally got it back June 22nd. I spent about 45 minutes tightening everything up...

Called to see if they had a oil drain hose for a older Dixie Chopper gave them the part number and was told the part wasn’t made any longer but they had after market ones so I drove forty five minutes there then was told they didn’t have those. Won’t be getting my parts there anymore
