I feel it was very poor service I dropped my trimmer off and was told three weeks call after three weeks and still waited another three weeks before hearing back from anyone and then told me that my equipment could not be fixed and they would just throw it away but kept my $30 anyway

Hey Steven, right now we are very short handed because of the COVID virus. We are working as fast as we could and we got behind. We had over 100 hand held pieces and 85 walk mowers to be worked on by one person. Unfortunately we cant go back and call 100 people to give updates.
The $30 is the mechanics time for diagnosing the issue. We don't know what is wrong with it until he looks at it. If you wanted to buy a new trimmer, we would take half of the $30 and apply it towards the new piece. I hope... Read More
