We needed a new lawnmower. The Toro model was nowhere to be found in metro Detroit. And the Toro factory was just gearing up after a Covid19 shutdown. Everyone said it would take months. Only Dennis, Jr. at Wayne Lawn & Garden said one could be ordered and arrive in two weeks. He did, it did, and we even got assembly for free. Wayne Lawn & Garden is now our first choice power equipment store.

The service was poor until check out, no one really seem to care to assist or ask what they could help me with, I purchased a chain saw, I had to ask for my manual, I had to ask for assembly, I don’t know if the case was extra or if I was supposed to receive one, the young lady that cashed me out was very friendly, energetic and very nice, I don’t think o would ever go back and purchase anything from this retailer again, very poor attention to the customer .

We usually acknowledge people once they come in and we don't like to bombard you right away. All chainsaws get assembled as its sold. We don't keep them assembled on the floor for safety reasons. The manual was supposed to be zip tied to the chainsaw so it doesn't get lost. I am very sorry for that. We do our best to keep things organized. Cases do not come with the machine. They are extra.
