In response to your concerns, perhaps you need to discuss what, or how your services/packages are offered with your team member(s), as NONE of what you mentioned was explained/or offered. I was told that my purchase was THE LAST ONE; No other explanations were giving EXCEPT how to start, reverse, fold & store. (Which was not needed, but appreciated) With that being said ( If you were in my shoes, what would you think?). As I stated before, I made no fuss because 1.The gentlemen was older , 2.There was no point in calling if my situation appeared/seemed to be an dishonest transaction.

Service was good and lawnmower was prepped and ready to go. Transaction was easy and quick.

The sales man was great. Took care of my needs and my love of Stihl chainsaws. That was the best part. No kidding but I fired up the chainsaw. I went and tried to cut a 1/2” twig and the chainsaw popped off. I was like. Ok. So I went to put it back on. As I was trying. On of the cleats it sits in the track must have twisted or something. I could not get it back in. Had to send my wife up to get a new blade. After just one 1/2” twig. During the weekend I think it popped off about a dozen times. The plastic guard even broke a piece off. So in short. Loved Wayne lawn and garden. Treated me like a champ. But I’m not so sure I would buy another Stihl. That hurts to say.

For some reason my Toro 40volt blower took up to 4 weeks to receive in. Once received the blower had worked without problems.
