They want a 100.00 just to put a spark plug in your lawnmower, for a hometown place that's

I needed repair on my John Deere L155 mower steering. They came and picked up my mower which has a $40 charge, and I didn't mind that. They told me it would take about a week to repair. They had my mower for nearly 3 weeks and charged me to bring it back, I was a little upset about the length of time it took them to return it and once again I was okay with the delivery charge. I went to mow my lawn again the steering still didn't work. I called them back and told them it wasn't fixed and they wanted to charge me to pick it up again again and "maybe" they would warranty it. I was pretty positive they would end up not warranting it. It's also worth mentioning they charged me 375$ for a 25$ part. They are the reason I am leary of local business. Complete rip offs and I tell anyone that will listen about it. Terrible business just skip them while you can!

was very pleased with the service on my snow blower. even though it was 6 months out of warranty, they took care of me and did the work under warranty. I'll definitely buy my next piece of equipment from them.

Absolutely terrible service! The lady at the front desk is constantly and consistently rude. They take no pride in tier craftsmanship! I had to bring my mower back 5 times pouring over $500 into it and the problem still wasn't fixed! They set me up with a lawn service, then canceled the lawn service without informing me. An absolute joke, they've lost my business. Wouldn't trust them to sharpen a chainsaw blade.
