Way of Escape Folsom

Went and played the escape room "Cure" with my friends last night. The puzzles made sense and it was a lot of fun! We're already looking forward to making plans to go back and try another room or even try out axe throwing!

Jacoby was awesome and very helpful in our axe throwing experience.. so much fun!!

Thanks so much Grace for being a great game master! We had so much tonight doing the Gingerbread Escape. So excited about the new rooms! Can’t wait to return soon! Merry Christmas!

Update 12/6/21- I got a call from the owner in Florida and had an amazing talk to him he truly cares about his business and what people think and is making up for the perfect storm that was just an unfortunate timing.

12/4/21- Husband and I took a couple friends axe throwing we have been a few times before. This time the axe wouldn't stick in the wood except on the sides I said something and he just wet it down. towards the end other employees tried to stick it and he said the same thing it's not sticking because there's no wood and the guys who wet it down said "my direction is to just wet it down it is what it is"

So we spent $140 to have a game of who can hit the corners... highly upsetting definitely would not go axe throwing again. The escape room was a ton of fun.

Stefi was really great!!!! Really helped us with the escape room and gave us great clues!!!

Staffing for this location was poor tonight, the workers were more focused on the axe throwing folks or something or they got overwhelmed(which means you need more people working) because they were not paying attention to the radio when we needed assistance or when we actually solved the room, the door didn’t open even when we solved it and no one answered the radio, not even a “give us a sec”, that’s all we needed, not radio silence. This was our second room here and both times were poor experiences. Santa’s List was okay.

This place is perfect for date night or a family outing. The pirate escape room was immersive, challenging and super fun!
They have a hatchet throwing area and souvenirs. Staff is always knowledgeable and sweet.

Lot's of fun. This was our first time doing an Escape with 4 adults and 4 kids ages 9 to 12. Had a blast and are planning another room soon. Staff was great and made the whole thing a blast. Definitely coming back!
