Way of Escape Folsom

I had mixed feelings about this one...10 people..two families who did not know each other, was too many for the room. There was not a problem working together but it was just too many to get a cohesive idea of what was happening. If you’re a person who really wants to know how the puzzles work and how to solve them, go with 5 or 6.Also bring a little extra light, it was too dim in there...it appeared to be a really great set but hard to appreciate with the dark and too many bodies.

It was a blast. I would go again in a heartbeat!

Really fun! The room is really well put together. i don't recommend more than 6 people at the same time, it gets a little crowded.

Absolutely wonderful! We did the pirate room with a group of 7 people. The room is a little dark, but definitely one of the best we've done.

Our family of 6 had a great time with the challenging puzzle in an amazingly immersive themed room. We liked the historical context of the story and that it did not have horror elements as many puzzle rooms do. We were paired with an active group without whom we might not have gotten out just in time. My one critical note was that there were a few too many people for the size of the space and having that many people made it a hard to be heard with so many voices at once. Because the other group was very active, sometimes it felt like there was not much for some of us to do. If it had been all one group who knew each other, that might have worked better but for communication and ease of movement in tight spaces when working with strangers, a group size of 8 would be better than 12.

Easily the most immersive puzzle environment I've ever seen. Excellent from start to finish.

Great experience from the first phone call to the very end, discussing all of the steps and skills with Rocky. Must do!!!

I would highly recommend! The experience is fully immersive and the attention to detail unmatched. You will not find predictable puzzles here. They are unique to the room and truly devised by the game-makers themselves. Their service was friendly, engaging, and has been above-and-beyond what I would expect from a business. Dress comfortably, prepare to reach, crawl, and maybe get a little wet! Prepare to be fully transported into the scenario like a real pirate! Arrrrrr!!!!
