Watercress Dental

Watercress dental practise is an excellent dental practise. Very ably led my Marcello who heads the business and set sa wonderful example to his colleagues. His colleagues come from many different backgrounds and cultures, they have one thing in common, they are friendly, caring, polite and thoroughly professional. I was seen promptly. I was nervous as I was to have 2 fillings in front teeth and I'm scared of needles (the pain, mostly). But Maryam gave me anaesthetic gel to numb my mouth and has a kind, gentle manner that made me feel respected. I can't thank her enough.

I have been attending Watercress dental clinic for approximately 15 years now and wouldn’t contemplate ever going anywhere else. They are professional, friendly and caring and always give the best treatment possible. I have had many different procedures done over the years and have never had cause to complain. I had an absolutely brilliant first experience with Watercress Dental House. Not only did I manage to get an appointment very quickly and at a time that was convenient for me, but the quality of the care that was provided and the level of information that was given to me prior to my wisdom tooth extraction were second to none. I would very highly recommend this practice, especially if - like myself - you're in need of a more complex procedure that many other practices are simply unable to undertake.

I have been a patient at Watercress Dental Surgery for twenty five years. I have always been happy with my treatment, both in reception, with the various hygienists and in the dentist’s chair. Everyone has made what can be a daunting experience almost enjoyable ( almost!)
Marcello has looked after my teeth most of this time, and the fact that I still have almost all of them , well into my seventies, is to his credit. ( the ones I don’t have were lost before I came to Alton ) I would certainly recommend the surgery without hesitation.
