Vienna Cafe and Bistro

I ordered their “special” of the day was a pear salad with Gorgonzola and it was the smallest salad I’ve ever had for $15 (after tax and tip $20). I shared how displeased I was and they did nothing. I asked who I should speak to, the woman said “me, I’m the manager.” I said, you should say something to people, I’m very unhappy. She did absolutely nothing but look at me and say sorry. She turned around and kept working. To the owner, don’t be cheap!! I’ll be sure to tell everyone about this experience.

I have eaten here countless times because Vienna Cafe and Bistro is nearby, and you can count on a hot soup and a simple egg breakfast, and some of the nicest waiters. However, they fall short on creativity with their menu options and their prices.

Wish they changed and introduced new menu items. In my opinion, their options have remained stagnant over the years and they are just 'ok'.

The prices have also been a turnoff. They are extremely overpriced and for this reason alone they only get 3 stars.

Love the Flat bread and omg the bread is to die for.. Happy Hour on Friday with some music to such relax is a must...

Most disappointing. I have been to a lot of tea shoppes and this was the worst. Do not have very many choices for tea. Everything is store bought. Other than the soup all courses were brought out on a 3 tier plate which blocked our tiny table so we couldn't even see each other. The tea didn't even last an hour since everything came at once. The last straw was getting my check and seeing an automatic 20% tip put on for 2 people. Wow wait staff was not worth that. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

This is a tiny little place the food is ok, service is ok but the prices are outrageous $16.00 for a roast beef sandwich ouch $10.00 for a cucumber sandwich.

I ordered a fruit crepe and a coffee. I enjoyed them very much. However I think the price is a bit over the top on the crepes at $12.75. I have tried crepes of this category at an authentic French bistro cafe in downtown West Palm Beach for half of this price.

So glad that they renovated this place. Complete 180 from what it looked like before, but with the same quality of food and staff.

Always friendly and always willing to assist how ever needed. Definitely a team mentality here, so you never have to wait too long for someone to help you, even if it is not their table.
