I want to like this place because the ambience is great, it's adorable inside and really, who serves tea? But unfortunately the food is only ok but priced to be excellent. The quiche is bland and dry and both times I've ordered it's been reheated to order in a microwave. I can tell when the crust is soft and the filling is nuclear in spots and tepid in others. Not ok for the price they're charging. It was like this for everything sadly. My French onion soup had the cheese fallen inside, not bubbly and toasty on top as it should be. Same for the sandwiches and pastries at tea. Slim, tired old menu choices and all bland. If I didn't know better I'd say the pastries were not made in house but store bought. Again, not worth the price. 16 and 18$ for a blt sandwich tells me your food better be spotless. It is not.
