Ok where do I even begin...so my mom took me here for my graduation brunch today. She is a single parent and by no means is rolling in dough. She called Vienna Cafe ahead of time to reserve "high tea" and was told the food was prepared ahead of time and made special to order the day of brunch. $100 later and I will tell you what we got: horrible service (the woman at the door is incredibly nice and the best employee they have), finger sandwiches that tasted like they came from a gas station, salty French onion soup with a giant block of cheese in the middle of it (unmelted), and frozen desserts you could tell just came from the freezer as they were icy and flavorless. I could've had my tea at home for $3 from Publix and it would've been a better experience. The scone was probably the best part of the meal but even that was subpar. We had like 4 different waiters/waitresses...
