Vienna Cafe and Bistro

I’m so sad, today was not a good experience at Vienna. We waited a long time for the food and after waiting so long I found hair on my plate!!!!!
I will b back because this can b an isolated incident and have fond memories of previous gatherings there but I’m mentioning it so this can be a learning experience for your staff.

Best Tea time in town! Amazing scones!!

Used to come here all the time when it was owned by the previous family. Recently I called in a Togo order. I ordered a London broil sandwich with a “bowl” of butternut squash soup for $32. The sandwich had a fattier meat than the previously used and the onions were oily instead of cooked in butter. The oil made the French bread (which was good) kind of soggy and inedible in spots. I peeled it off. There was absolutely no horseradish on my sandwich either which is my favorite part. The soup “bowl” I received is a cup size at any other restaurant. For $32, I rather go to the Publix next door to get a sub. It’s quite unreasonable considering price and location. I have never had a problem with their service though.

We came here to celebrate one of my coworker’s birthdays 🥳 and what a delightful surprise this cafe was! I’ve been to this plaza so many times and somehow never knew this place existed. I felt as though I was sitting at a place in the middle of England while I was here. The service was great and the food was delicious! I will definitely be coming back here 😊

What a great experience! Very unique and cozy. Loved the atmosphere. Service was amazing and the two owners were very friendly. Food was also so yummy. Highly recommend.
