I can't say enough wonderful things about Roger's store! They went above and beyond to help me get a new bed for my husband after his surgery. We are so happy with the warm customer service we received from everyone there! The quality and selection are great, the prices are amazing, and my new bed was delivered much faster than I expected. This was our third purchase from Roger's Mattress Outlet. He beats everyone else's price and his service is above and beyond expectations! We were looking for a new mattress for our RV and did not find what we were wanting in stock at the store. Roger suggested we go shop other store and see if we could find what we were looking for and that he would work to get it and beat the retail price. We did find what we wanted at a big chain store. I sent him the details and 2 days later he called me from his distribution warehouse, in another state, to verify the brand, model and size. When we went in to purchase the mattress it was still in the factory shrink wrap and at 1/3 the retail price. WOW! We also purchased a mattress for our grand daughter. I knew I wanted a mattress for my guest room and the sales lady told me exactly what I needed. I needed it the next day and asked for delivery.
