I was shopping for a new mattress and I went to all the big shops. Saw this place from the road and went in. Best decision I ever made. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They listen closely to what you want and how much you want to spend. They then give you options. They are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. All round great experience.

Layed on and looked at alot of mattresses roger had exactly what i looked for they were helpful friendly and professional i have recently lost ny wife and they were compassionate and i slept in a bed for first time in 3 months amd totally satisfied with my purchase and the way i was treated

I can't say enough wonderful things about Roger's store! They went above and beyond to help me get a new bed for my husband after his surgery. We are so happy with the warm customer service we received from everyone there! The quality and selection are great, the prices are amazing, and my new bed was delivered much faster than I expected. I wish I could give more stars! The scammer that left one star doesn't know what they're talking about. Never trust someone who leaves a rating but hasn't shopped at the business!

Awesome! Got a Sealy $1399 mattress for $425! Amazing people and customer service! He even followed me home and delivered it. I will definitely be back to get our next mattress. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new bed!

This was our third purchase from Roger's Mattress Outlet. He beats everyone else's price and his service is above and beyond expectations! We were looking for a new mattress for our RV and did not find what we were wanting in stock at the store. Roger suggested we go shop other store and see if we could find what we were looking for and that he would work to get it and beat the retail price. We did find what we wanted at a big chain store. I sent him the details and 2 days later he called me from his distribution warehouse, in another state, to verify the brand, model and size. When we went in to purchase the mattress it was still in the factory shrink wrap and at 1/3 the retail price. WOW! We also purchased a mattress for our grand daughter.
