Sometime they are very prompt at getting back to you, but most of the time not. I feel like there are some things that should of been discussed previously that were not. It’s been very hard to get my monthly updates of what I have in my account, things paid etc. Om fixing to be with this plan for four years in March and I was told 3 to 4 years if things were settled accordingly. Last I look or spoke with someone I will probably have a year or two more. At this point I am beyond frustrated. I know I treated the debt, but feel like the accounts should be paid of or close by now. I wish I would have paid more attention up front and done my homework about the whole process.
