Today I received a text which I needed help for. I have already graduated from alleviate yet Veritas had no idea. When I called I had the joy of speaking with Rickaja who went above and beyond in numerous ways to help me out. We called alleviate together and the guy that we talked with treated her like she didn't matter which was so wrong. Then we got disconnected and she called me back right away and put me in contact with another person and I'll leave it a supervisor named Linda. I talked with Linda explaining what we were needing from them and hopefully she gets it done. But it was thanks to Kaja you are truly think is a shining star at veritas that I was able to get everything done today. I wish this world had more people like her in it it would sure be a lot better place!
